1. How to Start a Return
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll walk you through the return steps and ensure you get the help you need.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief description or photo showing the issue (if applicable)
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must include all original packaging and tags
- Your return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product
Please note: Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Policy
While we do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we will provide a full replacement or refund if the product is faulty or incorrect. Each situation will be reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Product Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We’ll do our best to facilitate an exchange, depending on stock availability.
6. Orders Paid on Delivery
If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery, any eligible refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and reviewed. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
